Before Andrew Lloyd Webber's Jesus Christ Superstar, Evita, and Phantom of the Opera, there was Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, still one of the top 5 most performed musicals in the world. Joseph has been performed a time or two on our stage before. Our 2016 production of Joseph opens in TWO WEEKS but right now we’re going to look back at our 1995 and 2004 perfroamnces of Joseph.
Check out these moments from 1995
A cast member from our 2004 Joseph had this to say about their experience – “There is so much love, so much devotion here, and so much greatness and hope that cannot be put into words. We all technically come here to do theatre but we all leave with something much greater than the completion of a show.”
Our upcoming performance of Joseph has a 2016 stamp on it! Opening November 18 is Josephlike you’ve never seen before!
Says Director Bob Navis, "This show is a never-ending parade of surprises and keeps you wondering "what's next?", from the opening note to the finale. Our great cast sparkles with energy and heart. And just when you're laughing the most, out of the blue comes a plot twist or an achingly beautiful melody that has you crying and laughing at the same time. A feast of color, movement, light and magic!"
If you saw our 2004 Joseph, or even our 1995 Joseph, you’re not going to want to miss our 2016 Joseph!
