Past Show
May 03 - May 19, 2013
Archwood’s Chris Byrom is part of a diverse community cast of 34 in Near West Theatre’s production of Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris, running through May 19. It’s a high-energy, dramatic presentation of songs of love, passion, struggle and social critique penned by the late Belgian-French singer for whom the show is named. Archwood member Statia Rankin is on the costume crew, and the production involves several friends of Archwood, including four who offered music at Jenei Grigg’s ordination in February: Bob Navis Jr., director and cast member, Kelcie Dugger, assistant director and understudy, Coco Smith, cast member, and Anthony Williams, video operator.
