Goal 1: Revenue Generation

Prioritize revenue generation and diversify revenue sources within all aspects of operations to reduce financial stress and to help assure the organization’s long-term future. Utilize new investments in staff capacity to increase philanthropic support from an expanded pool. 

Goal 2: Organizational Capacity

Invest in organizational capacity and infrastructure to keep pace with organizational growth, build on its unique strength, and maximize opportunities and impact.

Goal 3: Productions & Programs

Maintain, expand and evolve theatrical productions and programs that reflect organizational values, deliver community impact unique to Near West Theatre, and are aligned with capacity and revenue goals.
